Our main products -- residential RO systems, commercial RO systems, industrial RO systems, soften water systems, Pure Water Systems and all water treatment components. Triwin is not only a water-treatment parts supplier, but also a designer and programmer of medium systems based on customer needs - customer service is our top priority.
1998 we relocated to expand our region and established departments for high technology which including Far infra-red, emitting body, air cleaning, polymer and engineering materials and so on. We have our own injection company, R&D department and two manufacturers, which are for residential RO system & filter system and commercial RO systems. In addition, we assemble commercial equipment.. Since everything is done in-house we can provide the best service, quality and price for our customers. Due to our rich high technology skills, we are able to research and develop many products. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
All the raw materials we purchase must be submitted with test report and our Quality Control inspectors always inspect and cross test every lot of raw materials to ensure high quality.
In Process Quality Control (IPQC)
By using High-Tech equipment and device we inspect products during every step in production process. Our QA staff do inspection at the beginning of production process and will do tour inspection in between. Then do the last inspection at the final process.
Out-Going Quality Control (OQC)
Product Function Test
Product Packing Test: Inspect the packing is solid and firm to comply with shipment delivery requirements.
